capitArtX community is for the artistic integrity and diversity in all aspects of creative work. We think that creativity requires diverse narratives, different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Whether through our global network of artists, curators, researchers, or audiences, we prioritise creating spaces where everyone can speak up their mind and can be heard through transparent open communication.
We actively seek to represent a wide range of voices, particularly those that have been historically underrepresented in the arts and technology sectors. This includes ensuring diversity in our exhibitions, talks, and research projects.
We are trying to provide equal opportunities for all members, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, ability, or socioeconomic background. This includes supporting the professional development of emerging artists and researchers through mentorship, funding, and networking. We adopt the "fair share" principle to ensure the protection of creatives while fostering new avenues for creativity. Recognising that the concept of "fair share" can be interpreted in various ways, we provide a clear framework as a starting point. This framework will be the basis for transparent communication and is open to discussion with individuals or groups. By ongoing dialogue, we aim to adapt the principle to specific contexts, ensuring inclusivity and alignment with the values of fairness, while also maintaining a consistent approach across all collaborations.
We aim to contribute to a culture of open dialogue where diverse perspectives are heard and taken into consideration. We foster collaboration and innovation by bringing together individuals from different cultures, disciplines, and experiences to create meaningful, impactful work. Through these efforts, we seek to contribute to a more just and inclusive global art community, where diversity is not just acknowledged but celebrated as a key driver of creative and intellectual growth.
